Terms and Conditions

Terms of cancellations of reservations, refund, and change of date policy :

  • No refunds are given for cancellations or date change during the peak season periods (1 July - 31 August, 20 December - 10 January).
  • HEAVENLY RESIDENCE requires a ninety (90) days advance notice of cancellation for the Agent's clients to get a full refund of rental sum deposit received.Where HEAVENLY RESIDENCE is given a cancellation notice from 46 to 89 days, HEAVENLY RESIDENCE shall refund 50% of the deposit money received. Where HEAVENLY RESIDENCE is given a cancellation notice from 0 to 45 days, HEAVENLY RESIDENCE shall forfeit the entire deposit.
  • All cancellation notice and request for refunds shall be made in writing via fax or email. No phone cancellations will be entertained.

Should HEAVENLY RESIDENCE receive change of date made above 30 days from expected arrival date and subject to space available and only one time allowed per customer, HEAVENLY RESIDENCE shall honor the change subject to Villa availability.

Check-in and check-out times are as follows: Check-in time shall be after 14.00 and check-out time shall be 11.00 Requests by clients for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the properties, and only up to 15.00 p.m. Should the guest check-out between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., rental sums of half day rental shall be charged to the client. Where a client checks out after 6 p.m., the client shall be charged are full days rental. HEAVENLY RESIDENCE reserves the right to remove guests from its properties should the properties be occupied by other guests the following day.
